1. 2. Working principle of pneumatic pulse reverse blowing The pneumatic pulse reverse blowing system is composed of a cylinder, an electromagnetic pulse valve, a PLC controller and a compressed air. One end of the pulse valve is connected with a compressed air storage cylinder, and the other end is connected with a jet tube. The valve cover is provided with an exhaust valve, and the exhaust valve is controlled by a PLC controller. When no signal is emitted by the PLC controller, the movable baffle of the exhaust valve is in the position of the closed exhaust hole. When the program control signal, the baffle is opened, the compressed air storage cylinder rapid pressure relief, so the corrugated diaphragm inside the exhaust valve is pressed in the opposite direction, the jet mouth open, compressed air pulse valve into the filter cylinder for blowing ash. When the signal disappears, the movable baffle plate is restored to the position of the original closed exhaust valve, and the corrugated film is used to seal the jet opening again, and the spraying automatically stops.
